Are the properties owned by The Sharman Collective?
Yes. Our properties are personally owned and invested in by us. We carefully design and maintain each apartment ourselves, creating spaces that we would genuinely want to stay in.
How do I book a stay?
You can book your stay directly through The Sharman Collective website by selecting your preferred property, dates and number of guests. You can also book through our Airbnb listings.
Can I request an early check-in or late check-out?
Early check-in and late check-out may be available depending on availability. Please contact us in advance and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Additional charges may apply.
Can I change or cancel my booking?
Cancellation and amendment terms depend on the booking platform and rate selected at the time of booking. If you booked directly with us, please contact us as soon as possible and we will advise you of the applicable terms.
Is Wi-Fi available?
Yes. Wi-Fi is available at our properties. The relevant Wi-Fi details will be provided as part of your check-in information.
Are pets allowed?
Our properties have individual pet policies. Please check the specific property listing before booking or contact us if you are travelling with a pet.
Is smoking allowed?
Smoking is not permitted inside our properties. Please refer to your property-specific house rules for any designated smoking areas.
